MY STORY

Let me begin with one of my favorite sayings; “People do business with People", in fact I bank on this fact quite a lot. But it’s true, we spend a lot of time working and relating with others, we ‘need’ to connect with people intuitively to know them. We ‘need’ to be more sensitive to their personalities to like them. To share in their values and feel safer with them.

To do that we need to understand more about each other, which is why it’s important for you to know my story and how I got to where I find myself today. I’ve been on quite a journey with so many learnings, so many insights, and of course a number of hickups.

I’m Adeyinka Igbinoba Nee Abdul, happily married and blessed with two lovely children. I was born into the family of Otunba & Mrs Taiwo Abdul. Growing up as the 4th of 5 girls raised by a single mother. Certainly, looking back now, I must say the road was rough and tough, but as the saying goes, when the going gets tough, the vision gets clearer. I went through Fotunland Primary School and Bishop Olumwole Memorial Primary Schooo, had my Secondary school education at Keke High School, Ifako Ijaiye, then later proceeded to Olabisi Onabanjo University where I obtain Diploma in Data Processing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Graduated in 2006 and subsequently obtained a Masters’ in Digital Marketing from the Univeristy Of Cape town, South Africa. Bagged Cerifications in Customer Relation and Satisfaction, Project Management, Leadership and Public Speaking.

My Work Experience started with Notable systems as an I.T Manager , proceeded to Ecobank Plc as A Customer Relation Officer, also Rosemary’s as a Customer Relation, and Gaurapad Charities as the Head of I.T for 14 branches across West Africa.

I finally resigned from being an employee in the year 2015 to become a serial Entrepreneur.
Participated in several programmes, Seminars, workshop etc.

Floated AIG Media Pro which is majorly a media outfit with an arm on equipment rentals. Also, a principal partner and co director at Site Tech Partnership Nigeria Limited which is basically a real estate and construction company.
I am also an Executive Director (Sales) with redbrick Homes International Ltd, developers of Amen Estate.

With my experience gathered over the years in the several field of business I have ventured, I have been able to calve a nitch for myself In the following line up of trades and services;

I like to describe myself as an Ambidextrous and pragmatic person who doesn’t accept NO for an answer with a “Can Do" attitude, and as a young Nigerian who has decided to help youths grow in their various field through mentoring, coaching and teaching.

I love gist, reading, Surfing the internet, meeting people and above all, I love work.

As a business Mentor and a digital Strategist, helping businesses create income and influences, I have more experience than you can shake off the skin. From personal experiences, I can tell you that the business world can be utterly confusing, but I cut through the noise and speak your language, keeping things simple and real.

Life’s too short for drawn-out processes and tech jargon that makes your head explode.

As a strategist, I go creative and intuitively disposed and alert as I take the lead with love and integrity always. My work is based on four core principles namely;

1. Mindset
2. Strategy
3. Action
4. Fun.

The first three are essential for success. The fourth, well that just makes everything so much better, life really doesn’t need to be so damn serious!. So I work and I play.
